We have found that customers find operating an system using 3D glasses can handle more complex task intuitively. So whether it’s a receptionist handling more data, with users on many different sites, or a call centre operative accessing more data, the intuitive nature of the technology allows for quicker more enjoyable experience. However not sure how users will feel wearing glasses all day. So also looking at the technology to help users build their call flows and organise their users into groups. So far people seem to enjoy this application, and you don’t have to wear the glasses for too long.
